Was referred here for a difficult wisdom tooth extraction. I was extremely nervous, having had bad experience previously at a different dentist. Pratima was extremely professional, and her and the dental nurse were caring and constantly asking was I ok. The tooth actually had a hook on it, but although Pratima is a small woman, she whipped that tooth out like a pro, she has the strength of ten men!Would definitely recommend.

Referred from my dentist for an extraction. As a nervous patient I had worked myself up but the whole experience from the reception to the dental nurse doing my xray were first class. Dr palliput was hands down the best dentist I have ever had the (non) pleasure of visiting. His calmness passed down to me and I felt relaxed and confident in him. I had to ask to see the tooth as I truly didn't believe he had removed it. I didn't feel a thing - my head didn't even move - he was like a magician. The aftercare (although this isn't my registered dentist) couldn't be faulted either. I received a call 2 days after extraction asking if I was ok and the remind me of my aftercare and to let me know to call them if anything changes with the area. 1st class dentist and excellent customer service

After being referred here by my regular dentist for teeth removal. I was the told I was too heavy to receive treatment from them and would have to be referred to the hospital. This was in February. It is now September and after ringing multiple people to chase up my referral, I finally got where I needed to be to find out the actual letter of referral dated for February was only sent though this morning, the date being 23/09/25. This is not acceptable and I know must wait a further 11 to 13 months for further treatment from the hospital to have teeth removed which are now having constant recurring issues.
I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I have always been very happy with the service and very friendly staff! 10/10!
Dr. Pratima Pallipatt was absolutely excellent and brilliant. She is knowledgeable, approachable and patience. I had two extractions to be done and was very nervous as was getting the extraction done after nearly 25 years. But the way Dr. Pratima Pallipatt handled my extractions was absolutely amazing. Something very strange going on over there i had two appointments cancelled in a month and after thinking enough is enough i went over to get my money back! The door was locked there was some dim light's on with a couple of receptionist's i banged on the door and one of them let me in but there was no staff on site to be even offered an alternative dentist with a bit of a sit in i got my money back!

Referred for a wisdom tooth extraction on the NHS.My dentist and dental nurse talked with me, put me at ease, discussed what was happening and put my anxiety at ease (very anxious person). Both ladies provided me with after care advice and I received a call the next day to check on how things were post extraction. Would not hesitate to come back!
Absolutely 100%I was referred for a difficult extraction to see Pratima on NHS referral. Having been referred to Aesthetic Smiles by my dentist for an upper tooth extraction, I was very pleased overall with my experience there. Staff were polite, every room was nice and clean. The dentist took great care and soon had my wisdom tooth out. The dentist then gave me plenty of information on what to do for aftercare. Upsetting to write this review following the positive reviews they have received previously but I’m very disappointed in the dentist due to being very unprofessional and organised. I was referred by the nhs for a wisdom tooth extraction but after the dentist was unable to carry out the procedure and requested it will need to be referred to royal infirmary due to the high risk. The dentist stated they will submit the referral in immediately. After calling them 1 month later requesting for the tracking number the dentist did not even put the referral in at all! The receptionist stated she will call back the same day and provide the tracking number. I waited a week and no contact from the dentist. I then called again and the receptionist stated she would call back again. She then rang me back providing the tracking number. After tracking the number on the website the referral was only just out through on that same day! Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. They don’t consider the pain I am in to be messed around. I’m very disappointed with this clinic
Just had my wisdom tooth out today. Really great dentist team. Calm, professional and put me at ease, including the relaxing music. Didn't feel any pain, in fact I didn't realise the tooth had been taken out. Very clear post surgery instructions too.

Juttes took my son’s teeth out a couple of weeks ago and was brilliant! Very professional! Receptionists was very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend!
Receptionists are incredibly rude! Kept on hold multiple times without being told I’ve been put on hold! Then when visiting the practise, they sit there and curse customers by saying “I hate it when they end the call before we do”…!Needed to rearrange my appointment due to the anaesthetic not taking effect, tried to rearrange and said they can’t do it and that they were cancelling my appointment.Also, when having fillings done previously, there was another person having them done at the same time in another room, but only the one dentist working there. The dentist kept on switching between the 2 rooms, and I questioned this due to having to wait ages. The wait times are ridiculous.Don’t waste your time or money by going to this dentist. Go to one that actually values you as a customer. These are appalling.
Had issues for a long while with my teeth. Been here twice in severe situations and they do what others dentist don’t and just get on it and get the job done to a high standard. Extremely friendly staff from the receptionist to my dental nurse to the dentist. Would Highly recommend to anyone

Highly Recommend! The practice is very clean and tidy. The entire team are warm and welcoming. I visited for a check up under the NHS, I was given an X-ray the dental nurse explained the process and was very knowledgeable. I was seen on time by Dr Juttes He was very reassuring. First appointment on nhs , arrived took xray , said oh you have gumdiseases and bone loss can do a deep clean next week and one the week after , after that I can’t treat you after April 1st and you won’t be on my nhs list , offered a referral to a specialist which at this point I jumped at .Left feeling dumb founded and a total nervous wreck , complete lack of empathy and compassion . It was a terrible experience

Had got braces from here about 2 years ago now, at the time the dentist said my teeth look good and said we should take the braces off now , however, I was still unsure of them but he convinced me they’re fine. Now I religiously still wear my retainer but absolutely hate my teeth and I still have an overbite, my bottom teeth are no where near straight and I still feel uncomfortable smiling after paying nearly 3k for my braces. Absolutely disappointed and regret choosing them for my braces. Waste of money , I should have spoken up before but it has now only hit me how bad of a job they did.
Like so many other reviewers, I was referred here for a tooth extraction. Going to the dentist is never fun, but this is as good an experience as I could expect from something that is "never fun". Pratima and her nurse (sorry never asked your name) were most wonderful, putting me at ease, explaining the procedure, and then chatted throughout the procedure to keep my mind off things! And other than a short, slight pain when they injected me, it was entirely pain free. I am not going to elect to have another extraction, but if it happens, I want it to happen here.

I started my journey back in April when i first contacted Aesthetics smiles as i had been looking into the Option of going to turkey but with different health conditions I decided against it. I was seen by Juttes Palipatt the dentist he explained some of my options and said to see Lynsey who talked me through all of my options they both really made me feel at ease i had 9 teeth removed and i have felt more pain having 1 removed elsewhere.it is December now and have my full upper jaw of teeth implants and i couldn’t be happier the treatment and care i received was second to none it has been long journey but well worth it i now have a smile to be proud of i would highly recommend this practice thank you

I am usually a very nervous person when visiting the dentist but on this occasion (a refferal from my own dentist) I received a first class service from the moment I walked into the practice. All the staff were very professional and made me feel at ease immediatley. The actual tooth extraction was fine and carried out with the upmost care and attention and I have had no problems at all in the proceeding days since it was done. Just had my tooth extracted and I was so nervous going in. Dr Pratima and her dental nurse whose name I forget so sorry, we’re both amazing. I have never coped well with the dentist but today was honestly the most professional experience I’ve ever had.They took their time and were extremely patient. The procedure itself was incredible. I was a bit nervous about visiting the dental practice about some root treatment that I had recommended for me, however when I was seen initially by the Dental Nurse Leia, she was very Professional, friendly and warm she made me feel at ease about the scan of my mouth I had carried out. Leia talked with me through out my consultation and was very thorough in how she explained things to me and answered my questions. Together with the Clinical Director Dr Juttes they were able to answer all of my questions and queries during this consultationI found the staff on reception also very pleasant and friendly.

I had an utterly appalling experience with aesthetic smiles today, and I feel compelled to warn others about their disgraceful conduct. Just a while ago, I received a call from them, which was after working hours, seemingly to ensure there would be no record of the conversation. Lady on the phone advised so, and i believe that it was intentional.During this call, the staff member called my children's mother a liar, purely due to the fact when i suggested that there could be an issue within their system, that has failed to log our visit. Further to that it was suggested that my language was "shoot" in an extremely broken Indian accent, - her language was spot on as per self appraisal of the lady on the phone.Throughout the entire call, I was not allowed to finish a single sentence and was continuously shouted at. When I expressed that I felt intimidated, the abuse only worsened. My pleas for the conversation to stop were ignored, all while this individual was on loudspeaker in my car, subjecting my children to the entire horrifying ordeal.The sheer lack of professionalism was staggering. It felt like a mother defending her child rather than a professional running a dental practice. The message was clear: people of a foreign nature, which I happen to be off, are not welcome at this clinic.To make matters worse, they threatened that my children would not receive any dental care. They have extremely good connections that would ensure this, regardless of what i had to say to that. This level of unprofessionalism and blatant discrimination is beyond unacceptable. I am more than willing to share my experience with anyone interested.Im sure that person reading knows what I'm talking about. Stay far away from this place if you value respect and proper treatment!

From start to finish the care was fantastic. I was told what was going to be done and how to take care after the extractions that I had. Complicated procedure was done effortlessly and quickly. Just the day after and very little discomfort. Very impressed.

I was referred to Aesthetic Smiles Dental Spa for molar extraction. I was quite anxious and I went for a consultation with Dr Pratima and she was very reassuring! Today I had my tooth taken out by Dr Juttes and he was very gentle and had a really good manner about him. The nurse Pooja was very kind and told me I was in good hands she was absolutely right. I had a tooth implant fitted, a great job, brilliant after care service - really friendly and understanding for a nervous patient. Juttes did the procedure and was really great, explained everything well.
Very efficient dentist would recommended the dentist I saw was called juttes and the nurses Nicole and atiya wous great. The dentist also offers sedation for nervous patients
3rd tooth extraction yesterday, effortless and painless again! Staff are friendly, care, treatment and after care spot on as always. If visiting the dentist can be pleasurable, this is about as good as it gets 🙂
Just had my wisdom tooth removed. Fatema was the dentist with assistant pooja and another lovely Muslim girl (sorry I can’t remember your name). There was no messing about straight injection and then during ten mins while the numbing settled the two assistants made me feel very comfortable. Made me forget about my worry. Then the dentist came back in and got straight to work. Lots of tugging but they constantly asked me if I was ok. Very nice ladies thank you for making the process easy!!

I was referred by the dentist and was very fortunate to get an early appointment as I had quite a bad infection. Dr Pratima was so nice and I felt I had the best level of care I could wish for. I had a complex tooth extraction but Dr Pratima was so calm and professional and there were no complications in the end. I am so grateful for the treatment I received.
I have just had a root extraction following my tooth breaking off during an extraction with my own dentist. They totally put me at ease, Nicole is the kindest, most reassuring dental nurse and the dentist was fantastic. He explained everything and it was all done in less than a minute with zero pain. I'm potentially the worst dental patient, I get so nervous, and hate the sensation of the foreign items doing the dental work. But honestly I was so reassured and understood here. I was initially going to have sedation appointments for three extractions. But something changed within me recently and I thought it was all still possible, so I booked without. The first appointment I had two out, it's left two huge holes and I had stitches. But honestly I never thought I was brave enough, but the teeth came straight out the stitch work was great and I'm so happy with myself and the dentist. Came back for the third tooth and it popped out in less than a minute honestly took longer for the local to work. Which felt embarrassing. But sincerely thank you so much for your help, it means the world. And thank you for putting up with me and re installing a belief in my ability to have dental work.
